Builders' Association of India (BAI) is contemplating launching a new online platform called ‘BAI Learn’ (www.BAIlearning.in) to provide education and training resources for construction professionals. The platform will offer a wide range of e-learning programs designed to enhance career development opportunities for individuals and improve the performance of construction companies.’
The proposed e-learning portal will have a variety of educational resources available,
BAI will partner with leading institutes to offer courses on a wide range of construction industry topics, including safety, innovative processes and technology, soft skills, and construction fundamentals. The courses will be available throughout the year and will have several key features, including access to free material for continuous learning, listings of paid training courses that are available both online and in class, no prerequisites for taking courses, and digital certificates for completed courses. Participants will receive instructions on how to access course materials.
BAI members will be requested to leverage and enhance knowledge and skills of their workforce by getting training provided through the proposed web portal. The informal training and education will continuously develop their entire workforce improving quality and safety on project sites, and overall confidence of our construction industry personnel.
